Refund Policy

At Lodge Regalia, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is completely satisfied. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A request for a return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse or neglect
- Products returned without original packaging or missing parts
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@lodgeregalia.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Package the item securely and send it to the address provided in our return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- If rejected, we will notify you with the reason for denial.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund based on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank or credit card account again.
- Then contact your payment provider—some processing times vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@lodgeregalia.com.
