1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery within 3–7 business days (UK & domestic orders)
- Rates: Calculated during the checkout process
Express Shipping:
- Delivery within 1–3 business days
- Rates: Calculated during the checkout process
International Shipping:
- Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 7–14 business days)
- Customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
3. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted carriers including:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx (for international orders)
Tracking information will be provided via email once your package has shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to most locations worldwide.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.
- Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or content (e.g., custom regalia).
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or external events (e.g., weather, strikes).
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@lodgeregalia.com and we will investigate the issue.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, or if any items are missing:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and contents.
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@lodgeregalia.com.
- We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
